The Tallwood Business Meeting was held on Saturday, June 21 at 11am, followed by a very nice picnic.

Some Rules for Dinghies on the Association Float

Association membership dues are $300 per household per year (our year begins and ends at the annual picnic). This covers the basics (putting the dock in and out, insurance). You can pay at the picnic or mail a check made out to Tallwood Associates and mailed to

Our trusty pier is showing signs of age and will need to be reinforced (short term) and ultimately replaced. Annual dues are not enough to cover this expense. Please pledge to help fund the new pier!
